I'm so glad I was able to take this course. Why this "Win" matters for my brain: Neuroplasticity: I’ve spent the last 30 questions (and 11 modules) strengthening new neural pathways. I already knew a lot about grief since I am a griever myself. I took this course to become certified to help others. I learned the names for the things I had already experienced, and new ways to help others. It is all reading or audio which makes it a bit tough to stay focused on, but other than that it was great.
