I found the course to be really thourough and evidence based. It gave practical as well as theory examples and reflected what ADHD coaching is all about. I would highly reccomend this to others inthis field.
Completing this course has been a valuable and insightful experience. I feel that my understanding of concepts related to neuroscience, memory, attention, motivation, and learning theories has significantly improved. The structured exercises and questions helped reinforce my knowledge and kept me engaged throughout. Although some topics were challenging at first, working through them strengthened my confidence in applying these concepts to real-life and academic situations. Overall, the course has not only expanded my theoretical understanding but also provided practical insights that I can use to enhance my personal development and everyday life.

Some of the information given is inaccurate. The concept that lifestyle decisions, such as diet, exercise and sleep quality is amplified beyond reality. The idea that we can affect the DNA replication, expression, translation and post-translation modification of proteins simply by eating well and exercise is appealing but inaccurate
I am so pleased to have joined this course. The teachings i have gained and the resources have been so enlightening and valuable. I can wait to continue moving forward.
