Very excited and thankful for this course. Seems a bit swayed towards being more a vegetarian? but still enjoying the information and opportunity.

More of the “energy set up stage work” than the skills …presumably to set up the course.but not all “survival training has this approach “ and not sure it’s necessary to be a survival training course.

IKIGAI COACH CERTIFICATE

Great course! It deep dives into the philosophy and practical application of Ikigai. The Keiko moments are especially powerful, turning theory into embodied practice helping develop a coaching programme that you can adjust to your niche.

Not Feeling it...

The voice overs are by a computerized Demi Moore which is distracting. Knowing that she would never actually say any of this makes the content less impactful. The SAME scriptures - WITHOUT ANY CONTEXT or INSIGHT - are referred to over and over again.
