Really enjoyed learning the course

Steep learning curve.

Despite a rocky start, with technical difficulties, my experience has been largely positive. Much of the information and language used is in depth (which I understand is necessary). I think simplification of examples and language in the lessons would suit my learning style. Maybe more short videos to summarise some of the key points.

This course offers a good introduction to ADHD coaching, covering foundational topics and providing practical examples of how coaches can apply their learning. I would highly recommend this course to any coach, whether specifically ADHD clients or not, as the approaches can be applied more broadly.
