I really enjoyed this course! I blew through it in three days. The course material and subject was very interesting. I am looking forward to working this in to my poetry workshops.

Module 3

Most course are multiple choice this one is lot of taking a tone of notes so you can write answers to the questions in the quizzes. Find this distracting for my learning method

It's actually pretty thorough

I've done IFS courses by the IFS institute and this covers some really good ground. It's missing the demonstrations, but it's got great foundations.
