Interesting. A good resource.
I really enjoyed this certification. There was a lot of information and the tests/quizzes were good.
I had never heard of forest bathing or sylvotherapy until I saw an ad for this class. My interest was piqued as I had recently purchased mountain property. Now I understand why I feel so good when I am there. I have been practicing these sylvotherapy principles when I go there and am feeling so much more in tune with nature and have noticed much stress reduction. Thank you for this class.

It blends foundational science with highly practical everyday strategies. Instead of focusing on outdated "fix it" models, the program taught me how to use a strengths-based approach. The platform is very easy to use, and the flexible, self-paced format was perfect for my busy schedule. I highly recommend this certificate to any professional who wants to learn how to truly support neurodivergent individuals.
A difficult but very informative coursework. Perhaps not designed for a lay person but certainly prepares that person for the coaching experience. Impressive content!
