Fascinating content, but could use more practical structure for coaching clients

I really enjoyed the deep concepts in this course, which is why I'm happy to give it a high five (not five stars though)! The underlying neuroscience is fascinating and highly inspiring.If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be the structural layout of the early modules. For a systems thinker, the initial introduction can feel overwhelming without immediate practical scaffolding, which actually caused me to pause my studies for a few months. It would be incredibly helpful for future students if the material included more practical, step-by-step tools showing exactly how to apply this knowledge when teaching or working with future coaching clients. Overall, it's a a good starting point, and with a bit more practical structure, it could be great.

I enjoyed the course and am excited to begin my Women's Wellness Coach journey! The information is both concise and helpful. It is easy to follow, understand, and relay to the next woman who is ready to begin their journey to wellness. I am glad I am now equipped with the tools to help said woman get there!
