It was much better than I had expected. Very thorough, well-structured course.
I truly enjoyed this course. I went into it hoping to just learn tips and tricks for my own personal skin care routines, but there is so much information to help with customizing skincare and lifestyle for different skin types that I feel confident I can help educate and guide my clients as well.
Really enjoyed it all and learned some new things while also having some things reinforced of importance
The course is well organized and gives the main information with easy for understanding examples. As a spiritual and holistic therapist over 6 years I can say that this course refreshed and upgraded my skills and knowledge. I recommend the course.
Loved this course. It was very affordable and the fact I could do it in my own time was amazing! Notes were very well done and the questionnaires at the end really helped the information sink in. The case studies were also very helpful to relate it into the real-world. Would highly recommend to anyone :)

I wasn't sure of what to expect in taking this course, but after reading and studying Forest Therapy I feel like I have the knowledge and skills to go forward and lead sessions. I was impressed with the amount of course detail and hours spent on the curriculum. I feel like I have the knowledge and details to talk about Forest Therapy with confidence. I am so happy I took this online course.
I think the course was helpful but did focus on a lot of irrelevant information. It did speak a lot about visulation which doesn't work or feel comfortable for all clients.
