I was really surprised by the amount of scientific information provided in this Forest Bathing certification course! I expected a lot of woo-woo knowledge, but the course was much more scientifically grounded than I anticipated. I feel like I actually learned something valuable! This course gave me a solid foundation for having logical, informed conversations with people about forest bathing and sylvotherapy. I can now discuss the potential benefits in a reasonable, science-based way rather than relying on New Age-y mumbo jumbo. I really appreciate that the course approaches the subject in a way that makes it easier to explain and understand. This is a great course, and I highly recommend it! I believe it's given me a good start to my future career as a Forest Bathing Guide.

Very informative course
I have been doing breath work for 3 years on the job, I had in house training alot. This was absolutely wonderful. It's not easy and I really appreciate the knowledge in here.
It was so insightful, practical, and helpful. I feel much more knowledgeable, curious, and capable of working collaboratively in coaching with autistic individuals.
The course was comprehensive. It offered lots of scenarios to help illustrate understanding of the material.

I really enjoyed this Biohacking Certification Course. The program is comprehensive, well structured, and covers a wide range of important topics, from nutrition, cognitive and physical performance to sleep, stress management, technology, genetics, personalized health, and longevity. I particularly appreciated the practical and personalized approach to biohacking, with a strong focus on understanding individual needs rather than applying one-size-fits-all protocols. The course gave me useful knowledge and new perspectives that I can integrate into my professional background and future work. A very interesting and valuable learning experience. Highly recommended!
It was a refreshing experience.. I was able to explore play therapy at a different level rather than scanning through the different approaches at a superficial level..
The tools provided were perfect for a busy lifestyle. You were able to be flexible whilst learning. The fact that there was no time constraint also made me feel at ease since there was no pressure. I am extremely happy I started this course and it certainly will not be my last.
The course was amazingly easy and at my own pace, I was able to understand each segments. I would definitely recommend anyone to enlist for this program.
