Great course
More indepth course so more difficult than the basic class, but loved the information and the challange the coursed provided.
This course gave me such a deep dive into supporting women through all the stages of menopause as a coach, with indepth clinical information backed by evidence and referenced. I'm so excited to add this knowledge to my coaching skillset. Can highly recommend.
I loved the fact that you can go at your own pace and provides a digital book that you can download and go back and refer to.

A more interactive exercises throughout the module would be helpful :) Overall great course. More prompting on side research t/o the module would be good too.

Excellent course really learned from this and highly recommend it the exam was 30 questions multiple choice so don’t let that put you off.
Fantastic, it validated at every turn what I already practiced and gave scientific backing and a framework to level up my practice. The program has completely lived up to the advertisement. I truly appreciate the format and learning I gained.
This was a really good programme to go through. It is thorough and gives the tools you need. Only thing was the inability to write in the boxes of the Module content where it asks you to create your own 'something' everything else was smooth.

I totally enjoyed this course as in myself I learnt a lot about the ocean and how it can benefit us all in our life. This course gave simple yet effective ideas and practices that we can incorporate somewhere in our every day life and give us the much needed self care that we need in this hectic life.
