This course was even better than I expected. I thought I had a fairly good knowledge of herbs and herbal remedies, but I learned so much more than I anticipated. It was easy to understand and yet very detailed and informative. I know I will be referring back to what learned for years to come and look forward to expanding my herb garden. I am excited to take more courses!

I enjoyed it - did not realize how much I learned. would be better to have some group - peer discussions while taking the course. I did go to the zoom meeting and found it to be excellent,
I have loved every detail of this course and how it aligns with the benefits of natures benefits. The evidence is based both on science and spirituality, I want everyone I meet to feel about nature the way I do, I love being outside or close to my indoor plants, without them I would feel very lonely. Now I understand why and I want to share this with others.
I believe having some tutorial videos might help support learning and understanding for people taking this course and lighten up the load of all the reading.

I absolutely loved all of the modules and found them incredibly valuable in deepening my understanding of how to support women navigating this stage of life. Perimenopause and menopause can bring significant physical, emotional, and personal challenges, and I am passionate about helping women feel understood, supported, and empowered. Having the knowledge and tools to help women rediscover their strength, build confidence, and take control of their well-being is incredibly exciting and rewarding. I look forward to using what I've learned to make a meaningful difference in the lives of other women.
The course was significantly more work than I had anticipated. It took me 2-3 hours to complete each module then another hour to complete the long answer quiz. However, it has been worthwhile in that it has validated a lot of what I already do in my work. I have learned some useful information which will make more more confident in my approach to parents and educators. I was greatly relieved that the final exam was multichoice and therefore not overwhelming.
