I really enjoyed learning how to be better at living off-grid and being more self sufficient. I have lived semi off-grid on 5 acres for 16 years but about to move and buld on 120 acres fully off-grid. This course has given me more insight to how to achieve this both building my future dream house that is eco-friendly and how to create a secure food & herb garden. It has also made me consider building small eco cabins made out of cob, mud and straw as a future side business. Thank you!

I feel as though I’ve returned to my childhood, when I used to discover nature’s hidden gems in the Slovenian forests. That’s exactly why I chose to study sylvotherapy—it brings me back to my roots. What truly stood out was how the course changed my relationship with nature. I no longer just walk through the woods—I listen, I feel, I connect. Trees have become mentors, mirrors, and medicine.

The course is well-structured, clear, and straight to the point, with practical tools that are easy to integrate. I also appreciated the flexibility—it’s designed in a way that allows me to progress comfortably at my own pace. I also valued the inclusion of essentials like the coaching agreement, the intake form and the code of ethics—it gave the process a strong professional and ethical grounding. These elements not only clarify our role as coaches, but also reinforce a sense of credibility and confidence as we begin to practice. Coming from a background in philosophy and psychology, I found much of the content enriching and aligned with my values. That said, I do remain thoughtfully critical—particularly when it comes to the scientific grounding of NLP. While some techniques are interesting, I approach them with caution and curiosity rather than full acceptance. In general, the course has provided me with essential tools to effectively integrate my background into my journey as a coach.
