Interesting, but could be better structured

The course was interesting, but I missed dialog examples and in depth description of the technics. It was easier to understand and connect with those art technics that I already tried and knew, while others sounded quite generic. I would probably structure this course in a different way.

the course covered the basics, foundations and fundamentals to Life Coaching and opens the door to choose a pathway one wants to take to deepen one's coaching practice. The tools, frameworks especially NLP informed scripts are helpful. It would be most ideal and helpful to have these scripts included in the Audio too or have separate audio guides so we can go through the exercise and apply it on our own too. All in all, this certification course is a great entry to build one's coaching career.

Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course A Healing Journey

The Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course is very comprehensive and I learnt a great deal and look forward to starting my forest bathing journey. The only downside was it is US based so didn't get to learn about all the Australian forest related plants and trees and some of the quiz questions could of been worded alot better but for the value it was wonderful and great to have the audio to listen to along side the downloads of the modules.

I am a learning content designer so I noticed some flaws but overall it was a good course. Some of the content was repetitive. I also wish it was more focused on coaching, because life coaches have to be really careful about using words like "healing," "therapy," and "therapeutic." I felt like the course was designed trying to make it work for both coaches and therapists and I think it could be better if kept separate. Overall I really enjoyed the scripts and the exercise ideas.

ADHD Coach certification

So much great information- but missing a few key details

Let me start by saying- I have learned SO MUCH! So much about ADHD, and about myself. I have also learned about tools/assessments (more on that later). I love this course and it has been money well spent. However, because of what I am about to share, I can only give it 2 stars as a coaching certification course. I have a few pieces of constructive feedback: the quizzes are worded in such as way that is a bit challenging (after seeing the suggested answer). The quizzes would be more helpful as multiple choice or something, while using the narrative responses as part of the learning within the module; Speaking of modules, there was so much information packed in each module that it was totally overwhelming, especially at quiz time. It would make so much more sense if the sections were broken into much more manageable sizes wtih reflection and quizzes; While I have learned so much about ADHD, I don't feel like this course teaches the student how to coach (I happen to be a coach already, following ICF methodologies). I would have loved to see more videos or activities around the actual coaching. This "coaching" seems to be set up more as an Advisor/Educator role, or that of a mental health practitioner, not so much as a coach. I would have loved to better understand how I as a coach can in turn use all of this information in my practice (individual and group). The tools mentioned are amazing, but the course doesn't teach us how to use the tools, just when to use them. I would have appreciated either links to where I can learn more about how t use the tools, or be taught directly in the course. I know all of this would lengthen the course but it would be worth it.

The modules are easy to follow and very interactive in the way that they want you to be your first patient and start practicing the Ayurvedic approach on yourself to really get to know it and see how beneficial it is for you, and that way you’re able to explain and patients are able to see the benefits of Ayurveda.

Although I don't believe one can become a full fledged Wilderness Survival Instructor, it most definitely provides a basic level of knowledge. That if practiced and memorized, can lead to a solid intermediate level of knowledge.
