Since I switched to audio, I like it better. Some of the questions are a bit obscure to me. I recently completed a mindful certificate program so I do have answers from my experience. I believe I will re-listen to the audio as I want to absorb all of the info.
I'm about to do the module 18 quiz and then the final exam. I have loved each and every module and have learnt a lot. Thanks for this course!

Interesting and well-structured content with good practical application. Adding videos would be a great improvement, and the manual could benefit from more detailed information or an expanded explanation of the video content.
