The material isn't very useful
The material is mostly written which is quite dry to get through. There is a summary video but honestly the course isn't all that helpful or what I was expecting. It's hard to see how you could apply any of this info as a coach.

Ayurveda course
I have found this course really useful for someone studying Ayurveda for the first time. The content are easy to follow through and I love learning the information from this course. I have already made changes in my lifestyle after studying it to test it and it's still an ongoing process. Love learning about Trees
