While informative, there were a number of concerning errors or misleading statements which I felt took away from the authenticity of the training. Overstating and overselling are not necessary when there are so many legitimate studies and proven benefits to discuss.
I loved this course. The training was definitely much more entailed than just connecting with nature through a walk in the woods. This was a perfect combination of science and spirituality. I learned so much and am excited not only to lead groups to connect deeply with themselves in connection to our natural world but to apply the techniques of connecting to plants, trees and the forest allowing deeper transformation within my own personal practice. I’m also looking forward to practice indoor sylvotherapy at home and with clients.
I had never heard of forest bathing or sylvotherapy until I saw an ad for this class. My interest was piqued as I had recently purchased mountain property. Now I understand why I feel so good when I am there. I have been practicing these sylvotherapy principles when I go there and am feeling so much more in tune with nature and have noticed much stress reduction. Thank you for this class.
The PDFs had an articulate, detailed way to make the lessons able to be understood well. Also, the videos were engaging. Plus, quizzes were just the right level of difficulty.
A difficult but very informative coursework. Perhaps not designed for a lay person but certainly prepares that person for the coaching experience. Impressive content!

The discussions were clear, engaging and easy to understand. One of the course’s strength was its balance between theory and practice. It explored various play therapy techniques while demonstrating how these techniques or approaches can be applied to real life settings. The inclusion of case studies, examples and therapeutic scenarios helped bridge the gap between knowledge and application, allowing learners to better understand how to assess, build rapport and implement appropriate play interventions with children.
