High quality content

I did take this course as a complement since I had been travelling to Japan last year for a shinrin-yoku training. In Japan, we'd spent a lot of time in the forest practicing but something was missing. My intellect wanted to understand a bit more, I needed to words to got with it all. This Alma Oasis training is perfect for this. The PDF and Audio materials are well done and the price is very reasonable. I recommend without hesitation!

Very Informative

The Forest Therapy training covers a wide range of information on all the different aspects and benefits of sylvotherapy. I have been practicing forest bathing for many years without knowing all the science and health benefits it provides.
