I have found this course really useful for someone studying Ayurveda for the first time. The content are easy to follow through and I love learning the information from this course. I have already made changes in my lifestyle after studying it to test it and it's still an ongoing process. Wonderful
I find this course so interesting. I only wish they had videos to see some of this in action, as well as easily printable charts for future reference. The information provided is limited, but it's an excellent start for the price. Start here if you're interested in something, before you spend thousands on certifications. You can always add to this.
