The course was informative and easy to follow. I appreciate the option to read and/or listen. Being able to print up the modules and read along was huge for me. I will definitely be taking another course.

I am concerned with participants unfamiliar with plants, foraging for culinary Sylvotherapy. Providing them with the detailed information needed to do this safely seems that it would interrupt the peaceful therapeutic aspects of the experience.
