I'm finding it very scientific. It could be more humanized for a 2025 approach to a coach using this in their client sessions versus feeling like I'm reading a textbook. i'm losting interest. Marketing of this sounded more interesting. I am unsatisfied.
I am pleasantly surprised by the course material, and how much I did learn throughout the course. Course was well put together, easily understandable and loads of helpful worksheets taking you into working with clients.
A lot of repeated info. Quite obviously written by AI and not someone who is passionate about the topic. Thankfully I have a background in herbalism as there are a lot of technical terms that the average learner would not understand - they are not explained at all
The course is pretty comprehensive and easy to follow, albeit it does take some time to process the scientific information.

I am very satisfied, on every lesson I learn something new. I am amazed how our body is working and how we can check everything, if we pay enough attention on it.
The course was perfect for me. I've had a lot of experience leading groups on walks in urban forests to reconnect with nature, but I wanted to learn how to specifically deliver the sylvotherapy program. The modules were thorough, science-based, and easy to understand. The info in the career module had great suggestions for how to reach an audience online. I can't wait to share sylvotherapy with others and connect more people to the benefits that nature provides for our well being and the well being of all life.
