It is well organized course, easy to understand and follow. It is great to update what I have learned and gained more knowledge of the nutrients.
Overall, I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge shared within this program and direction in applying this knowledge towards clients. I believe having a working understanding of nature and how it can impact humans directly is needed in the helping professions. Our environment can play a role in our mood and health, knowing how to better support health holistically can create positive change for the individual.

I really enjoyed the permaculture design course as it is a great introduction to the principles and mindset of how to work with nature instead of against it. Most of the principles can be scaled and adapted to a variety of situations. I already started applying what i learned.
I really enjoyed the Ayurvedic coaching course as it provided well-rounded and in-depth information about all the aspects of Ayurveda and applicable scenarios with clients. I highly recommend this course
