Interesting and easy to under5stand
It was rather long but very good information
As a CTRS with 30 years of experience working in juvenile/adult corrections and adult forensics, I found this course to be refreshing and incredibly beneficial not just for clientele, but for myself. I have always struggled with practicing mindfulness and just "being in the moment" - except when in nature. This course not only helped explain why there was such a difference for me, but will hopefully impress upon the men that I work with that there are other, healthy options in which they can work through difficult situations than those chosen in the past. Thank you!

INFORMATIVE YET EASY TO TAKE NOTES AND FOLLOW.
I wasn't sure what to expect out of this course, I was hopeful but skeptical going into it. But the information, the structure, the length of the course, the layout, the graphics, all far exceeded my expectations! Looking forward to gaining even more knowledge with another Alma Oasis course!

The course is very well organized, the work is understandable and very interesting. With every module is also audio and that is also helpful. I would recommend it this course to others.

This course offered a comprehensive self-directed learning experience. As it was not time-limited, it allowed the participants the ability to do a module at their own time, fitting in with other competing tasks.
