Enjoyed the content
I gave this course one star because much of the content overstates or misrepresents scientific concepts, which was distracting and hard to take seriously. Claims like trees having intelligence or specific colours causing precise emotions are presented as fact, rather than metaphor. That said, the exercises themselves—slow walking, mindful observation, and engaging the senses—are valid practices that I already find helpful. I also think that if the science were reported accurately and cautiously, it would actually make a much stronger case for sylvotherapy than these overstatements or attempts to make new-age ideas sound legitimate. I would recommend this course only to those who are willing to approach it critically and separate metaphor from evidence.
I have learned a lot about plants and trees that can help us be healthier for various reasons. I am getting excited about holding a sylvotherapy session!
Very informative and interesting. I'm engaged and excited to implement this knowledge and to learn more. I like the references and resources of those that led the way for art therapy. It's very important and will keep my study strong. Art as a language yes!!
The course was very beneficial ,I learned a lot and I can apply now especially that I have a dementia patient at home . I can benefit and apply on daily basis.

the modules are truly comprehensive. Every module helped me to reflect more on every step of art therapy practices.
I feel this was a very informative and useful course. I was surprised that there was not more detail on neuroscience coaching activities. While I see the need for discussinf addiction this was I feel an overly covered aspect as I've not taken this course to become a drug recovery specialist. With so much material on that in this course it might give the impression that this is a possiblity, while is misleading.
