Neuroscience Coach Certification
Completing this course has been a valuable and insightful experience. I feel that my understanding of concepts related to neuroscience, memory, attention, motivation, and learning theories has significantly improved. The structured exercises and questions helped reinforce my knowledge and kept me engaged throughout. Although some topics were challenging at first, working through them strengthened my confidence in applying these concepts to real-life and academic situations. Some of the information given is inaccurate
Some of the information given is inaccurate. The concept that lifestyle decisions, such as diet, exercise and sleep quality is amplified beyond reality. The idea that we can affect the DNA replication, expression, translation and post-translation modification of proteins simply by eating well and exercise is appealing but inaccurate
