Curso muy interesante para reafirmar conocimientos y ponerlos en práctica de manera inmediata ya que existe mucha gente con desequilibrios de mucha índole y por tanto viven con estrés acumulado que desencadena muchos desórdenes y hasta enfermedades crónicas degenerativas por falta de intervención temprana. Muy agradecido por la oportunidad de tener al alcance todo este conocimiento y seguiremos aprendiendo para ser los mejores.
From Personal Experience to Supporting Other Women
I came to this course with my own lived experience of perimenopause and a desire to support other women. I appreciated the focus on listening, personalizing support, and helping women feel heard. The material on coaching questions, client intake, and group sessions gave me ideas for developing my own practice. I really appreciated the last 2 modules as well that focused building and expanding your coaching practice, and what that involves if you are wanting to do it online.
I really enjoyed this course and found it both informative and practical. As a woman going through menopause, I wanted to better understand the physical, emotional and lifestyle changes that can come with perimenopause and menopause, not only for myself but so I can better support other women going through it as well.
I have thoroughly enjoyed all the learning experiences through this platform so far. The courses are easy to use, the material is informative, and the design promotes continued learning.
My own grief is complicated and nuanced. This course has helped me navigate my own loss while preparing for a coaching business, that I think I have found my own niche. I'm excited to work with others who are experiencing something similar to myself.
