So far, the experience I've had with these modules is that they are interesting in touching on the basics but very, very, very vague and do not provide much in the way of actual in depth understanding of techniques.
I am learning so much already! I have written many notes in my notebook to look back on. I loved learning about all of the ways we can be living naturally with the land, and I cannot wait to use this on my own property! Thank you.
The course had some good information but lacked human connection that is crucial for coaching. Without active participation of live instructors and the opportunity to practice coaching skills within the program, graduates may be unprepared to coach paying clients. Since I've been a certified coach for more than 20 years I can just add this to my offerings but don't think this course would be sufficient on it's own to become a successful ADHD coach.
Pros:

self-paced to easy to fit into schedule
lots of information about ADHD and strategies to help clients
unit tests to help you process what you're learning
exam was multiple choice
Cons:
no live instructor involved or ADHD experts credited for course design, could be completely AI generated
lack of opportunity to practice skills
parts were repetitive so hard to stay engaged at times
resources were generic (eg Intake questions were all about relationships even though I took the ADHD course)
The test were great however many of the Scripture references were confusing bedause of the numbering. Example. Prov 3:45 instead of Prov. 3:45 which does not exist.
This course was really great. I learned alot, and I'm excited to start my career in sylvotherapy. I wish there were some continuing education courses offered.
I’ve just completed the Biohacking course and can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The content was practical, evidence-based, and incredibly well structured, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply straight away.
What I loved most were the case studies that put what I was learning into practical situations.
The course challenged the way I think about my body and health, and I’ve already started implementing changes that have made a noticeable difference. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to optimise their health, performance, and longevity in a smart, balanced way.
The topics are very interesting but sometimes too theoretical or too clinical. Personally I would appreciate to have more practical examples and case studies. I find totally irrelevant the information about medical treatment of addictions, which medicine is more appropriate and in what doses - as a coach I will not make any prescriptions neither medically treat certain addictions. I would rather appreciate more coaching oriented material and methodologies of using neuroscience in coaching practice.
Contains valuable foundation information and skills to get started. The broad nature of it allows one to get a better understanding before specializing in a specific area. It is also great that this can be done at your own pace - catering perfectly to those with busy schedules.
