Expanding Self-Awareness and Enhancing Knowledge

I feel excited about the entire course so far and about the opportunity to apply what I have learned in practice. I am able to navigate the materials even through a translator, and the information is presented in a very clear and well-organized manner. The course as a whole helps me expand my self-awareness, enhance my knowledge of somatic techniques, and prepare for effectively supporting clients.

The course material has sufficient depth and scope regarding each topic covered. The audio is very slow, but there is the option to put it at 1.5x or higher speed.
