module 6
Lot of things are too hard to understand. There are lot of techniques offered, but not explained how to do them or what they are exactly. For example Eisenhower matrix and others. You have to search the tool or technique yourself. Some things are not explained by more than one sentence but requires more explanation how what it means or how to do things. For ADHD person its quite hard to follow as the voice is robotic and sounds like AI, which is quite boring and hard to follow. More examples and explanations needed

thoughts on modules 1-6
Absolutely amazing! I am a Certified Holistic Cancer Coach so am aware of "coaching" but have always known the our body and health is from God. Trying to help clients see just how God is with us, for us, and is here to help was hard for me. Putting Scripture with each step has been a huge help for me!!

Art Therapy
