I really enjoyed this course. I knew spending time in nature was important - but to understand the details and the science behind it was amazing. It will absolutely be a benefit not only to my life but also to my coaching business. The pacing was perfect, modules were informative and I especially enjoyed reading the details and benefits of many trees, plants and flowers - knowing I can go back to remind myself at any time. Great Course

The course provides a new perspective to wilderness survival. It not only teaches how to survive but also how to sustain and ensure sustainability in the wilderness.

Truly haven’t expected to be as impressed as I am. Each module builds well on the previous and I’m able to add so much depth to my practice already with what I’ve learned. I’m particularly impressed with the time spent on cultural sensitivity and encouragement for training that area. I prefer to listen to the audio while walking (ADHD myself) and it’s been great - I know it’s ai but I don’t mind the voice.
