I realized that I have been living Ikigai for most of my adult life. I have moved in the direction of my passions continuously when my passion changes, I change to meet it.

Exercise table do not work

The information provided in the program is extensive and very helpful for any wellness provider. The exercise tables are not opening, so I needed to do it on the side. As a wellness professional with extensive knowledge in exercise science and nutrition, I do not necessarily agree with all the aspects of biohacking and nutrition.
