great
easy to use and informative
Outstanding material
Very informative and full of information that will help me with my journey as a therapist who specializes in childhood trauma.
I enjoyed learning how to use neuroscience as an approach to coaching. It was fascinating to understand how neuroscience can inform and improve coaching practices through a deeper understanding of the neurophysiological mechanisms behind human cognition and behavior. I particularly appreciated the focus on addictions, which i will integrate in my addiction recovery coaching practice. I will definitely recommend this program.
It was full of knowledge and i learned more than i think i would totallz reccomend
The first 2 modules have been challenging and informative
Successful completion
Alot of theory, information and practical examples given. Would love to undertake some assessed practical exercises.
There are a lot of gold nuggets here. I just have to start practicing them now.
Just started the course and currently getting used to the format and layout of the learning dashboard. So far, it seems intuitive, and I’m looking forward to exploring the content more deeply
amazing
"What's going well for you?" Is an important key to unlock within myself and to help others! 1. Learn to let go of what's not working, 2. Reinforce the positives! I will continue to improve mine and others daily well-being, because of my Positive Psychology Certification!!
The course is clear, interesting and help me to feel more confident working with neurodiverse individuals. Thank you for this space and the material, it is useful.
I printed each module and followed along with the audio. The course was in depth and I can visualize myself leading a sylvotherapy session!
