I wish I had this material in paper form so I could go back and refer to the material for the quiz's but I have to depend on my notes to complete the quiz's.

Trae a mi parecer los temas fundamentales y permite que uno ahonde en el tema hasta donde uno quiera pero brinda la información necesaria para aprender las bases de la psicología positiva. Además tiene ejemplos y ejercicios prácticos.

I absolutely love the content of this course. As someone who has studied a psychology degree, I believe this course has a good summary of the content of psychology as well as new content to understand how to be an effective coach. I do wish there was a lecturer which would have online classes or could answer questions on content that I do not fully understand though.
