Kinesiology - My Review after Completing Modules 1 to 4

I have now completed the first four modules of this Kinesiology course, and I’m truly impressed by the quality and depth of the material. Although many concepts — such as the meridians, energy flow, and the Five Elements — were already familiar to me from my background in holistic medicine, this training offered me a new, structured, and very practical perspective. The content related specifically to kinesiology was completely new for me. I found it both fascinating and useful — especially the muscle testing, the pre-tests, the recovery techniques, and the links between emotions, posture, and energetic flow. I particularly appreciated the clarity of the structure and how each part builds upon the previous one. The fact that I can download each module as a PDF has helped me a lot, as I translate the material into my native language and this makes the learning process easier and more personal. I’m also an auditory learner, so I really enjoy that the audio version is available — it gives me the flexibility to study anytime, anywhere. The case examples included in the course are a big plus, as they help me understand how to apply the techniques in real sessions. The visual material, the diagrams, and the way the meridians are presented all make the experience richer and more dynamic. I feel very satisfied with the level and quality of the course so far. This course gave me a lot of helpful information on how to incorporate art therapy into coaching. I liked how it emphasized staying in the scope of practice. Though you are utilizing art into coaching, they make it clear you need to stay in the coaching scope of practice and to refer people to a clinical art therapist for advanced issues. I liked module 9 because they gave you a lot of art therapy ideas to incorporate into coaching.
