loved the course and can't wait to get started in my sylvotherapy career!
Great course, full with content and everything you need to start an Ayurvedic practice
Easy to understand and complete, lots of guidance and examples. Great course so far!!!
An awful lot of reading when I prefer auditory learning.
The content in this course is great. I expected to have videos with instructors teaching, using powerpoint and other media. This course is presented via PDFs that you can read or listen to audio of someone reading it. So, it is a little dry / boring from that perspective.
This experience profoundly shifted my life's direction.
Down to earth, useful
Enjoyed every moment of it.
Great course, helpful information and relevant forms needed to practice. Very resourceful
I'm from the mountains of Idaho. So growing up in the woods among outdoorsmen, being a boy scout, and basic outdoors skills taught from being in the military I have a good base of knowledge that this course has been a fantastic refresher on. However, given all that, I have still learned quite a bit of new information from this course already and I'm only three modules in.
The voice you listen to is a bit monotonous but the content is good nonetheless
this course is a strong foundation for anyone stepping into coaching or personal development with a positive psychology lens. It's ideal for teachers, counsellors, life coaches, and mentors who want to motivate, uplift, and guide others with evidence-based tools.
Very good explanation and well structure!
Very enjoyable lesson
It has truly been a wonderful journey so far. I can't wait to put this knowledge to good use.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and cannot wait to implement it into my coaching practice.
