I’m currently about halfway through the Efficient Coach ADHD Coaching Certification Course, and I’m already blown away by how much I’ve learned. The program does an incredible job of weaving together foundational ADHD education, ethical and culturally sensitive coaching practices, and real-world strategies that I can apply immediately with clients. So far, I've gained a solid understanding of executive function challenges, time management tools, and how to support both kids and adults with ADHD across different stages of life. The modules on neurodiversity and strength-based approaches really resonated with me, and I love that the course emphasizes personalization and practical application. Not only is this course deepening my coaching skills, but it’s also helping me see what it takes to run a successful ADHD coaching practice—from ethical boundaries to client-centered strategies, and even tech integration down the line. I’m genuinely looking forward to the second half of the course and continuing to grow as a coach. I am so glad I found this course as I have struggled with my mental health in the past and been to counsellors when I went to them found ok but kept struggling day to day as I would go periods feeling great this course is teaching me where things went wrong and how I can implement into my daily live as well as helping others. This course is designed easy to learn which has been a great help to me I like the learning process then the quiz at the end of each unit.
