Excellent course with a a dearth of helpful content

The course addresses a wide array of challenges, strengths and techniques associated with managing ADHD symptoms and profiles. The one criticism I would have is that it appears not to be written by a person who has ADHD. Sometimes the structure of modules is confusing, and content is repeated in a different context, leading to some confusion and difficulty in retaining the information. Similarly, the exam had several multipart answers, which required multiple re-reads and they could have been written in a more neuro-friendly manner with specific regard to visual presentation.

I'm really loving this program. It may be the most affordable training I have invested in, but seems incredibly in-depth, powerful and potentially life changing. These teachings are validating my own grief journey, and giving me a sense of renewed purpose, helping me use my grief and experience of deep loss to help others in theirs. As I go through this life experience as an artist from an early age, now in my 50’s I am excited to learn with a pace that is comfortable for me.
