I am enjoying learning new ways of looking at the world we live in. This course is full of new information for me and I am enjoying all of it!

It leads in the right direction, but as I mentioned in my two previous reviews, this program has tons of misleading information. I would not recommend it to someone who is just starting their journey to become a nutritionist.

Good insight on using the seasons as a way to have the client realize the holistic approach to therapy. The natural rhythm of the earths seasons can help people who are only in the city use this knowledge without having access to large green spaces.
