Easy to read and understand. Enjoyed having the exercises to go with each section.

I liked the self-paced nature of the course and the pdf format. My schedule can be hectic and it is often difficult to fit in regularly timed activities. There were a few things that would have been nice to have like links or exact citations of peer reviewed articles, and feedback on the module quizzes. I found some of the modules had repetitive sections. I also think that the material included elements that are beyond the boundaries of coaching and require regulated professionals to provide.

This was a very informative and practical course. The lessons were clear, comprehensive, and easy to apply in real coaching practice.
