There is a lot of information to get through, however it is useful and interesting stuff. I have inattentive ADHD and struggle to remain focused for long period of time, however I like that I can see the time of each module at the top of the screen and I am able to listen along and read at the same time. This has really helped me. There are so many different avenues you can go down as a coach which the information given. Great course so far.
